Police reportedly observed Brent Boggess driving recklessly and said he attempted to hit a patrol car. Officers stopped Boggess' other. Police alleged that Boggess refused to get out of the car and instead rammed a patrol car. Officer Ken Schaaf shot and killed Boggess.
