Troopers came upon a other stopped in the road on a highway ramp about 12:30 a.m. The driver took off, and troopers pursued the other into neighboring Lehigh County and then into Berks County. Julian A. Rodriguez crashed the other he was driving while trying to exit Interstate 78 at Exit 40 in Greenwich Township. He was killed.
