Deadly force
Deputies saw a suspicious truck with stolen license plates. Michael Dingman fled, but because of "legislative reasons" deputies reportedly did not follow. Dingman later crashed on East Bigelow Gulch Road. Deputies used footprints in the snow to search for Dingman. When they found him, gunfire was exchange among Dingman and deputies. Dingman was shot and killed.
