Police received a 911 call from a store saying a man in the parking lot had a firearm and was taking the magazine out and putting it back in. The clerk then advised the man left in his other, driving recklessly, police said. Responding officers found the man's other traveling westbound on Market Avenue. Officers then conducted a high-risk traffic stop, eventually pulling him over to the side of the road where officers began to speak with him. During the exchange, officers noticed the man had blood on his hands, and they ordered him to exit his other and put his hands up. The man got out of his car holding a firearm in his right hand and ignored police commands to raise his hands. Four officers shot and killed him.
