Mujahed Ahmad Mohammad Daoud, a 30-year-old Palestinian from Hares village near Salfit in the occupied West Bank, was shot and killed by Israeli forces on October 16, 2022, during a military raid on Qarawat Bani Hassan. Mujahed Ahmad Mohammad Daoud grew up in Hares village, a small Palestinian community west of Salfit in the central West Bank, an area frequently targeted by Israeli military raids and settler violence. On October 15, 2022, Israeli forces invaded Qarawat Bani Hassan with over 10 armored vehicles, triggering clashes with local youth.
