Javad Monafi

45-year-old hairdresser shot directly by security forces' bullets on Piroozi Street in Tehran during Iran's national uprising. According to family members, Javad was simply standing in front of his home when he was targeted and killed in less than two minutes. He was a hardworking person who dreamed of building a better future and immigrating to America.
