Abbas Jafari, a 36-year-old Kurdish man from the village of Sartang Badreh in Ilam and a resident of Karaj, was arrested by security forces in Tehran on 18 Dey 1404. He was transferred to Kahrizak Prison and died under torture. His body was handed over to his family with signs of suffocation and bruising.
