How they died

Retired brigadier general of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Kurdish citizen who was participating in protests when he was shot and killed by live ammunition fired by IRGC forces. He was specifically targeted by the shooters according to reports. He was transferred to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ilam where he later succumbed to his injuries. His son confirmed on social media that his father was killed directly by government forces.
