Shop owner known for his fairness and kindness who had just gotten engaged. Shot in the back, in the spine. His family was pressured to claim that Alireza was a Basiji (a member of the Islamic Republic's paramilitary volunteer force) and a martyr of the Islamic Republic in order to receive his body.
