How they died

Shot directly from behind in the head while helping an injured protester during nationwide protests in Rasht. Died in his son's arms. Security forces withheld his body for three days and pressured family to claim he was a Basij member before releasing the body. Buried at night without ceremony in a cemetery behind Rasht airport.
